I have many friends that have blogs and have enjoyed them for awhile. Its been a way to see what’s going on in their life and such. So I decided to create my own. This year I have a few goals to accomplish and thought there is no better way then share their progress with a blog. My journey begins with the Tom King 1/2 Marathon in Nashville, TN http://www.tomkingclassic.com. I consider myself a runner, although be it slow, but a runner none the less. Later in year I plan on running the Chicago Marathon. This will be my first marathon I have ever done and should be challenge for me.
This blog will be used for my training logs from various sites, thoughts on current issues, and maybe even a recipe or two. For the title, well all this working out is for two things. So I can eat what I want with out looking like I eat what I want and of course BEER!
